Looking Back, one of my Fursonas on P.I., made into a pony. 
The heart is a tattoo she has on her rump. It's not shown on her rump since this is obviously only a headshot. And her right eye has a green spot instead of red.
This was completely done digitally. No drawing-then-scanning-it-in.
Pretty proud of that, since our mouse is, like, possessed.
